We offer workplace mediation to employers and employees, or between colleagues, impartially.  We meet both parties separately to learn their viewpoints, and then arrange for them to meet together with our mediator to talk the issues through together in a focused way and confidentially, to arrive at a mutually-agreed resolution.  Often the entire process takes less than a day.  It's possible to carry out the mediation away from the office or workplace if desired.
